In order to ensure the security of the University of Bern’s IT network, the IT Services Office relies on the help of staff and students alike.
Please report suspicious incidents, websites, and UniBe e-mail addresses using the forms below. Thank you.
Report phishing
Please report phishing addresses (URL) directly to the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC).
Report incident within the campus
Please use the form below to report an security incident involving a University of Bern system, individual, or organizational unit that requires special handling.
Report an incident off campus
Please use the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) reporting form to report an incident involving a system, person, or organization outside the University of Bern.

You have discovered a vulnerability in an Universität Bern IT system or available applications, software or hardware and want to report it? The golden rule is to inform the vendor or system owner directly.
However, if these organization do not respond or do not have a communication address, you could write at responsible-disclosure@unibe.ch
